Bitmo verifies your mobile phone number with your mobile services provider. This ensures your gift cards never end up in the wrong hands, whether you’re gifting a friend or securely accessing your wallet at checkout.
If we're unable to verify your phone number, please read the following tips and try again:
- Make sure you have the latest version of the app by visiting the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Make sure you have a mobile data plan enabled. We’re unable to support devices without mobile data (e.g. WiFi-only iPads).
- Make sure the phone number you're entering matches the mobile device you’re using. International and VOIP numbers are not supported.
If you’re still unable to sign up with your phone number, please submit a request below and provide your phone number and carrier for reference.
