I was overcharged for a gift
If you think you've been overcharged, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Your promo code was invalid, expired, or entered incorrectly
- A PayPal service fee was applied to your order
To review the details of your order, tap Account from the menu at the bottom of the app then tap Order History. If you still believe you were overcharged, please submit a request below with the details of your order.
I paid for a gift that was not delivered
If you've been charged for a gift that has not yet been delivered, it may be pending payment settlement. ACH transactions may appear on your bank statement right away, but take 1-3 business days to fully process.
To check the delivery status of a gift, tap Account from the menu at the bottom of the app then tap Order History.
I cancelled a gift and was still charged
When you cancel a gift, your ACH transaction should be automatically cancelled before it's initiated with your bank. If the transaction was initiated before the cancellation, a refund will be issued once the transaction is complete. This process may take up to seven business days.
