Declined or returned payments will result in an outstanding balance and temporary account suspension. If this happens, Bitmo will notify you via the email address on your account.
To pay an outstanding balance, first add or change your payment method (if applicable). Then confirm the account you'd like Bitmo to debit along with the amount. You can provide this information by replying to Bitmo's email or submitting a request below.
Account access will be reinstated once the outstanding balance has been paid.
