If your gift card isn't working, try the following tips to rule out human/technical errors.
- Check your Internet or cellular connection. If your connection is unreliable, you can always take a screenshot of your barcode and present the photo at checkout.
- Let the cashier know you’re using an e-gift card, not a coupon. If you're redeeming your gift card online, make sure you're entering it as a gift card, not a promo/coupon code.
- Provide the cashier with your gift card number for manual entry. You can tap 'View Web Version' below the gift card number/barcode in your Wallet to view the gift and additional instructions.
