There are three ways to confirm the status of a delivered gift.
- Look for an email confirmation with the details of your order. This will be sent once your payment has processed.
- An in-app notification will be sent to you when your gift has been received and opened by the person your sent it to.
- View your order history to check the status of a gift. Tap Account from the menu at the bottom of the app, tap Order History, then tap the order you'd like to view. Delivered gifts will show a "successful" status.
If your gift hasn't been delivered, it could be due to one of the following reasons.
- Your friend hasn't yet signed up for Bitmo in order to accept your gift. We'll send a few reminder texts to your recipient over the next 14 days to remind them.
- Your payment is still pending settlement. Once payment has been processed successfully, your gift will be sent.
