Suspicious activity may include:
- Gift card orders you didn't place
- Gift card redemptions you didn't initiate
- Order history you don't recognize
- Account changes you didn't make
How to reset your password
To reset your password, tap Forgot Password from the login screen. You'll be prompted to enter the mobile phone number associated with your Bitmo account.
Within a few minutes, you'll receive a text message with a verification code to reset your password. This code can only be used once.
