If you are not receiving emails from Bitmo, check your email account's spam or junk folder. If they've been marked as spam, be sure to mark them as "not spam" to ensure deliverability in the future.
How to update your email address
- Tap Account from the menu at the bottom of the app
- Tap Profile
- Tap your email address
- Edit your email address
- Tap Save when finished
How to view your receipts
To view your gift receipts, tap Account from the menu at the bottom of the app, then tap Order History. Tap any order to view the details of your gift.
