Currently, only gift cards redeemed from Perks Points are able to be exchanged, until the gift card number has been provisioned. Once a gift card number has been provisioned, the gift is no longer exchangeable.
To exchange your gift card, tap Wallet from the menu at the bottom of the app then tap the card* you wish to swap. From there, tap Exchange, and select a new gift from the list of eligible brands. If you can’t find your preferred brand, it's likely it isn't available in the same denomination.
If you do not see the Exchange option, then your gift is not exchangeable. Reasons for this may be your gift is a promotional offer, Perks points were earned on the gift card purchase, or the gift card was part of a Bitmo bonus or discount offer. Gifts from Perks point redemptions will be exchangeable.
*Promotional cards may expire and have limitations or restrictions on the Re-gift and Exchange features.
